I haven't been a long time.

Is the craft beer selection still decent in there or did Rouses destroy it.

LeBlancs had a nice craft beer thing going, they even had a monthly beer club.

frick Rouses.

i love the Rouse's in Youngsville. Was excited that they were coming to BR. Now that they're here, i'm disappointed.

Rouses are so hot or miss. They are all over the place in terms of quality in my area.

LeBlanc's becoming a Rouses has nothing on LeBlanc's becoming a fricking Carter's.

Hell Carters even ripped out all the Alcohol but beer after LeBlancs championed Walker to change its Blue Laws.

Carters is fricking god aweful.

Earlier this spring, I bought 15 lbs of boiled crawfish from them... They were horrible... small, muddy (black inside) and broke apart when you tried to peel them... the manager refunded all my money... Happy he did that, much appreciated, but I think they should have known about the poor quality of what they were selling. If I owned the store, no way would I let that crap be sold to my customers... great way to lose them....

Well, it will probably be better than the Shoppers Value All Items 10% Over Cost store. Thank God the Rouses in Juban is awesome.

It's a nice but smaller store. Lots of prepared foods and a solid wine selection. Good deli and produce. Try the Chicken Salad.

Also a bit pricier.

You ARE in Bocage, you know.

I live in Pollard so have been an Albertsons customer for a while now. It's mind blowing how understaffed that entire store is, last Sunday I walked into the store, saw they only had two registers open with 10 people in each line, and immediately walked out.

Well the only thing Bocage is the name of the Shopping Center which when built and most of my life until I was an adult it was Twin Cedars Shopping Center.

Bocage the neighborhood is connected to Jefferson Place across the street. The Shopping Center is actually in Blenheim Place although that is seldom used.

Prices are comparable to Calandros.

Rouses in Mobile (Spring Hill) is pretty bad except for the beer and wine, seasonal king cakes and area MILFs grabbing quick milk and bread. Meat and produce are garbage and place reeks of crawfish and boiled onions (love crawfish but smell is overwhelming)

Was excited when they opened but it has turned into a ghetto grocery store. Should have been a Publix.

I made the mistake of buying some of those mushy things too. Never had worse.

I stopped in the one in Donaldsonville. Man Rouses should be ashamed of themselves to even put their name on that dump.
