Anyone have a good Rec for a workout app. Specificly weight training. Preferably one that gives me routines to follow as well as allow me to record my workout in the app.

Gym Buddy, but, sadly, it's no more.. Except for people who already have it.
Is there a way to decompile an app so you can update one that isn't available in the store anymore?

StrongLifts 5x5.
Great App that lays out your workout for you, has a built in timer to keep you on track, assistance videos, and you only have to workout every other day so you don't have to live in the gym.

If you belong to Anytime Fitness they have a brand new/awesome workout app. 1,100 routines, and a bank of just as many exercises. Video instructions, timers, etc. App is exclusive to members only though.

I believe this is more for beginners, not for people who have been #makinggainz

I do go to Anytime. I looked for an app when I first joined, but didn't find one.

I use Strong but I enter my own routines.

JEFIT although I would recommend doing your own research on routines rather than trusting any app.

Saw this app "Sworkit" on a Shark Tank rerun last night. Looked pretty cool + Cuban invested.

If I use one, it's jefit. I create my own routines in there though.

I use the Swolex app. Plugs directly into a medical port I had surgically installed in my right quad. Sick gainz.
