meh, I've always had a shitty body athletic wise, sometimes it worked against me, sometimes to my advantage, it got me through LSU and two years of loosely termed pro sports after that, it is what it is, be healthy if you want to be, but being a blob that can lift doesn't make up for anything

I don't know why it can't just be a hobby they like to do and nothing more?
I mean people have all sorts of hobbies I think are stupid and don't interest me but I won't judge them for it.
To each their own as long as it doesn't affect me in anyway.

I had a fatass co worker that was like. He was short and fat but would always talk about the gym. It didn't look like he even worked out but was always bragging about his strength.
