the guy doesn't have a serious problem unless hard liquor is involved.

in my opinion.

that's a whole another level and frankly I think its messed up that its legal.

at least I use to.

I grew up watching people unravel because of it.

The problem is, if youre a drinker, you don't alternate waters and drinks. Its drink, drink, drink....

I'm 35 and I drink like I'm 18 at Reggies ??

I have trouble believing that you were drinking a handle of Beam a day. That's an insane amount. I don't see how someone could stay conscience long enough to drink that much daily. Let's just say I've spent lots of time with many alcoholics and I've never heard of someone drinking that much daily.

I probably overdo it every other weekend with bourbon on Friday and Saturday nights. High stress job, but don't drink during the week or Sundays. Threads like these make me grateful that I'm not worse off.

oh yeah.. no judgement here.

don't get me wrong.

Whatever floats your boat is all that matters.

I started sipping on water (when I drank and when I wasn't drinking) more as I got older. My job is already hard enough as it is. I work outside mostly against all of the elements. The summer time is obviously the worst because of the heat.

I guess some days I just straight up don't drink anymore but when I do.. I max out. Some people say that's binge drinking but I feel like unless alcohol is altering the way you live life day-to-day.. you aren't in too deep.

just an opinion of course.

I know it sounds crazy. Tolerance my man, I know plenty of dudes doing that much and more and you would never know it. In fact they are more functional than most sober people I know. frick alcohol I wish prohibition never had ended. Down votes expected from the moderate drinkers

Wake up. Drink a few fingers of beam. Shower. Take a shot. Go to class. Come back for lunch. Have another few fingers. Go to class. Come back. Another few fingers. Dinner. Beer pong. Minus beer add beam. Go to work. Drink. Late night. Drink. Pass out. Start over.

Always, or Pedialyte if it's a special occasion.

DEFINITELY Pedialyte/hydrate before this day.

Otherwise it's much harder to repeat.
