That is insanity to me. There is so much they don't know about each other after four months.

Sometimes I'm not even farting around chicks yet after 4 months.

I don't see why one guy doing something makes it quote:the new thing now. Especially since folks 40 years ago got married after only a few months or weeks.

Perhaps that wasn't the most historically accurate phrase I could've used... but my point is I don't think I would've even given it a thought at 4 months.

Yes, if humanity started a few decades ago.

My wife and I only dated about 8 months. We've been married for almost 2 decades. Too many armchair psychologists in this thread.

My wife's friend just got married. Perfect body, pretty face when done up (meh if not). She has been husband-hunting for a while. She's 25, I think. When my wife first met her she told my wife she wanted to get married. Almost as if she didn't care who it was.

My wife and I got engaged 3 weeks after we started to date, and got married 4 months later. I would not recommend that at all by the way, but we were in our early 30's too, so we were older, had both been married once before.

My wife and I got engaged after 3 months of dating. Going on year 3 of marriage. When you know it's right, you pull the trigger.
