I'm currently at 206.

If I dropped down to 165-173, I would look emaciated.

Don't neglect legs.

Squats & deadlifts naturally boost testosterone levels. If you're avoinding those, you are hampering your ability to maintain good muscle mass.

Not only that, but when I was lifting, leg day was the most "fulfilling". Walking out of the gym with noodles for legs was a great feeling. I have no personal desire to look like a meat head. But I think it's way worse to be that guy with the upper body and no legs. Granted, you can't really see your legs when you are staring at yourself in the bathroom mirror anyway, so why does it matter.

I go all out on Leg Day.

Squats
Goblet Squats
Step up reverse lunges
Albanian squats
Split leg squats

That's not even my full routine

you legs are the biggest muscle group in your body. The bigger they are, the more calories they burn when you work out.

Also, you say you're pretty jacked but your goal is to lose weight and cut? That makes zero sense. Don't be a woman. lifting weights doesn't automatically add bulk. You need to cut down the cardio to two times a week and focus on a good weight lifting regimen.

No, getting butt fricked daily doesn't equal up to 5000 calories burned per week.

If you weren't outside all day in puberty doing sports and other exercise, you're fricked forever. That period is the last chance people have to turn into an actual human being. If you missed it, you will end up as a subhuman for the rest of your life.

that is your genetic destiny, that is your genetic blueprint

we have hundreds of autistic nerds with shitty genetics and hormonal profiles on this site who can confirm as much

brb going to get a double whopper with cheese.

Traps are the new abs.

Every skinny frick can get abs if they starve themselves and burned 1500 cals per day on top of their other daily caloric burn.

Shying away from weightlifting because he doesn't want to bulk is the most female thing I've heard in a while. It's like when a woman complains to you and says she wants to get in shape, but if you suggest weight training they say that they don't want to get big muscles like a guy. Not possible without additional testosterone in the body.

I know a few guys that refuse to touch a weight but they run everyday. They look like the most pathetic, out of shape a-holes.

Do you really think you burn 500 calories on the elliptical for 30 minutes?

But depending on your definition of "in shape" they may very well be in much better shape than you.

I'm no fatty, but I'm not the "ripped" type either. There are quite a few "ripped" guys that blow by me in runs or triathlons. There are also plenty of "ripped" guys that finish way behind me.

So what is in shape? Being muscular but not being able to move without going into cardiac arrest? Or if you can run a marathon, you aren't in shape because you don't fill out your V-neck tee tight enough?
