Here is my workout regimen. (I can't run because I messed my leg up on a treadmill last year)

I average around 5000 calories burned throughout the week not counting my weightlifting

Sunday: Back workout and no cardio but do abs.

Monday: 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned. Arm workout during my lunch break. Another 30 minutes of Cardio in morning on ellptical. 500 calories burned.

Tuesday: 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in the morning. 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in the afternoon.

Wednesday: 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in morning Shoulder workout followed by 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in the afternoon

Thursday: 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in the morning. 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in afternoon

Friday. 30 minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 500 calories burned in morning. Arm workout in afternoon.

Saturday: 50minutes Cardio in morning on elliptical. 800 calories burned and also do Abs

Is this too much?

Too much cardio, buttercup. You want #Gainz or the ability to run away because some Greek god punked you in front of your girlfriend?

How do you not get bored to death on the elliptical that much. If you want to do that much cardio, then in the afternoons go for a run or mix in a bike or treadmill incline walk.

That's an average of 715 calories a day. What is your total daily energy expenditure (calories to maintain same weight)?

Also don't think of exercising as calories given and taken away daily. Think of it as a whole over the course of a week and figure out what your activity level is.

I've never counted calories. Eat smart, have an organized weight program and do some cardio

Dude, stop doing cardio every day and lift and do explosive training.

Cardio is cool but you gotta do the right shite.

And you need to do balance training.

You want to be the guy who can fit into baby gap jeans or do you want to be the guy people beg to play on their basketball team?
