Reminds me of CCD when the Youth coordinator tried to scare us away from sex:
YC: can anybody tell me what percentage of people with AIDS die?

I'm pretty sure she's saying that you'll end up poor and not be able to pay for your kids college. So they'll have no choice but to go into the military.

You can go to college after the army, some times they'll even teach you to weld! So this professor is telling students that the army won't take them if they get pregnant? And then she's tweeting about it?

It's fine if you feel this way, but it shouldn't be mocked by the professor teaching it. And they shouldn't use their position to spread misinformation about the Army and its welding programs.

The person teaching the class is saying you'll end up poor, and in the military, not the person tweeting.
