Not so much anymore, but in the 80s, Cuisinart was synonymous with food processor.

Guess it depends on where you live. I don't do it anymore but when I was a kid we would tell my mom before she went grocery shopping to get some "grape coke" or "orange coke." It was coke and Sprite. Anything dark or colored was some kind of "coke" to me and anything clear was Sprite.
