If offered the job, in Central Florida, I'd probably take it. Setting myself up for success is great advice mixed in with all the other positive experiences with moving the family.

What is the incentive to move? If everything is comparable I don't get why you would uproot unless future prospects are better.

Look at which business is more established and their past body of work. It seems like every other day I hear about some video game developing company tanks after a bad product and lays off huge chunks of their staff.

Maybe a little scary, but it was the best decision my wife and I ever made.
Plus, nothing is stopping you from moving back if it doesn't work out.
