You think the C7 will change the vette culture any?

You're always gonna have the guys that get a Vette just b/c that's what they always wanted. (I was like that)

Then you're gonna have guys that want to drive the cars the way they were engineered. (Me, now)

The C7 addressed the really only glaring weakness in the Vette, the crappy GM interior. It is a slick car on the inside now.

Also, what are the real chances of a mid-engine model? I think people would for over 130k for it.

The new optioned out Z06 (Z07) is $108-$110K and there's a waiting list.

Build it and they'll buy it.

You know what I mean. At heart I'm still practical. I wouldn't buy a Bugatti any faster than I'd buy a gold toilet.

This also has to do with my admittedly poor driving ability.

Not that I would, but if I ever purchased a Porsche I promise it will not have 4 doors or be a SUV.

You're arguing from a purist's perspective. I get that. I'm talking about the ones you see on the road with the soccer moms driving or the 40 year old dentist who has the disposable income.

Porsche has sold 4 doors in Europe for ever. We have the mindset here they are just a sportscar company since that's all we've seen.

I love cars. I particularly love Porsche. I watch F1 religiously.

I think I'm going to hit another car pulling in or out if a parking spot when I have 2 feet. I have a lazy eye and poor depth perception. Luckily I have a horse cock.

No they haven't. There was a 928 4 door that was a one off single car. I believe there was a single 911 too. That's 2 cars that were design prototypes and never put into production.

Anyway, no way I kick this out of the driveway. No way.....

On topic, the Panny is one of the ugliest nicest cars in the world. Every time I pass one I think "that guy should have gotten an RS7"

Porsche SUV's are for chicks. Panny's are for people who are unaware that there are similar/better options for cheaper, at least IMO
