I can understand calling a mistrial in some way shape or form, but to claim incompetence to stand trial played right into his hands.
Judge needs to be removed after that "shite"show.

Isn't that a scene that "the kings" in Training Day talk about? Dude says something about the defendant getting a hold of peanut butter the night before and smearing it in his arse and then sticking his finger in there the next day, eating a finger full of peanut butter, and ultimately escaping the death penalty and going to the mental hospital instead.

This is also a waste bc the prosecutor will get a doctor to say he CAN stand trial. And the defense will equally get a doctor to say he is too mentally ill to understand all that's happening.
