Poop face-smearing, alleged cop killer ruled incompetent to stand trial

When Judge Karen Herman made the announcement, family members of Officer Daryle Holloway, whom officials accuse was shot and killed by Boys, could be heard weeping in the courtroom.
Herman said she had never seen anyone eat feces in court, and out of caution made the ruling.
Assistant District Attorney Inga Petrovich said she plans to appeal the judge's decision.

He took the officers body cam after the shooting. That alone shows he knew what he was doing was wrong and that he was trying to get away. PROOF that he is aware of his actions and competent. Eating a piece of poo doesn't change that.

I don't think it's a permanent thing... he'll go to some mental doctor where they'll do more tests and what-not... once they think he's competent to stand trial then everything will resume its normal course
