That phrase reminds me of my boss from college. I worked in the receiving department at Sears.

He would say "put yo hip up agin it".

Giant alcoholic whose preferred drink was cheap tequila. I do not miss being in a hot 18 wheeler unloading tires with him watching at the door. He would stand in front of the fan and let us enjoy the tequila sweat smell.

He said it was a green bale so I'm assuming they were about to wrap it for baleage or whatever it's called. We used to bale and wrap that right after cutting.

Yeah, hay used for baleage is typically wrapped in the field where it was cut. This was on the side of the road, so was likely dry hay. Still impressive.
