Left lane laws don’t apply within city limits btw. I’ll drop in right lane outside city limits but once inside , nope, too many entrances and exits.

You’re not passing someone for going 2 mile under the speed limit. You would barely even notice if you would at all.
Just relax and drive the speed limit.
The problem with most of you all is you want rules and laws for everyone except YOURSELVES.

I do love pissing you clowns off.
But I don’t drive in the left lane u less I’m passing someone and when I do I pass them going the speed limit. And most of the time it’s hard to get back into the right lane because you jackwaggons are passing me on the right with your middle finger out the window. But that don’t confront me none.
It’s a good teaching moment for me to show an example of what idiots we have driving out on our roadways.

If someone comes up to me and I am doing 10over the limit and they flash their lights like a complete dick, I will usually slow down just to piss them off.

In this case, we're going below the speed limit. And my noticing it or not is irrelevant to the question. In a hypothetical situation and you were to pass, would you make sure that you did not exceed the speed limit even though it puts you at more risk?

Nobody is asking for a speed limit law that applies just to them. If they get pulled over for speeding, the law applies equally to them just as it would to you.
Are you seriously implying that you have never done anything that would be technically breaking a law? Jaywalking, changing lanes without using your blinker, nothing?
If you are truly being honest, even you would admit that there are laws/rules that you give yourself a little leeway with. As a general rule, everyone is a little bit of a hypocrite about one thing or another. Of course, you probably justify those to yourself because "you're a good person, unlike those speeders over there".

People in the left lane that are passing, then dick wad in the left lane that rides the passers arse = bad
This in turn, causes the passers in the left lane to ride slowly or slower because dick wad is riding their arse

Or you know, you could just move over and let the faster traffic pass you. But you somehow think that it's your job to police traffic. Does the state pay you for that?

KRETP is the law in my (and many other) state.
I do not understand why people cannot drive with common sense and courtesy. Get in the right lane if it is open, and let people pass on the left. It is annoying to me that people drive slowly in the left lane when the right lane is open, and do it with a sense of “I can do what I want, too bad for you”, or even worse, “you are bad because you want to drive over the speed limit, I will make you slow down”.
