It seems like this has become really common in the last few months.
probably 1 out of 5 times I go to the grocery store I see someone illegally parked there. So much lazy.

End rant.

You can sit here and bitch about it or you can do something.

I work for fire dept, unless it's an emergency run we don't even park there. If we get ambulance run or fire alarm we take great satisfaction in blocking cars in. Have had them come out asking us to move our trucks many times, we just say we will when scene is over.

What would Batman do? Vigilantism isn't limited to super villains. We need regular time heroes too.

It's not like stores don't have 42 handicap parking places for people to abuse...

I have seen a car blocking a hydrant and have its windows busted and the hose ran through it in Atlanta before couldn't quit laughing.

I like your style, dude, but am kind of in the "what does it say about me if I take a 9 iron to her windows" crowd.
What makes it even more ridiculous is the fact that there were two handicap spaces she could have illegally double-parked in 15 feet away. Go big or go home I guess.

Batman never worries what crime fighting "says about him". Your weakness has let us all down. You're not the hero we deserve OR need right now.

So which has a bigger fine--parking in a fire zone or parking in a handicapped spot without a tag?

I believe handicap infractions are more, depends on city I think.

If it is not an emergency why would you park there, that should be just as wrong as someone else parking there....."hey we need a dozen eggs for breakfast, let's take engine #5 so we can park in the fire zone"?

Like I said we don't. Some dept do so if a run comes in they are closer to the trucks. We had someone call the mayor a few years ago complaining about our trucks being way back in the parking lot in case a run came in
