I didn't buy the extra dvd and I am on my 12th month of P90X. I am probably going to get T25 after the first of the year, as the P90X3 routines are getting stale. I did the classic routine, then lean routine, mass routine and I am doing classic again. Down to 190 from 230 in Jan of this year. I started eating like crap in October and still lost a good bit of weight in one year doing P90X3. I like that it's only 30 minutes.

Trying to heal my shoulder. Havent done anything since october. Hoping to crank it back up in jan...eating clean and very active so i am still maintaining those results.

goddamnit I've done gone and got FAT! I've only been working out on average 1 day a week for the past 8 weeks. my wedding is january 24th so I'm going to turn it on HARD starting Jan 1. I'm talking doubles every day, no beer, clean arse diet….we'll see how far I can get in 24 days

Since july i have only been working out maybe one day a week and eating like shite. I am up to 220 right now so starting next monday its on. Gonna do p90x3 then p90x1 with some extra weight lifting then 2 rounds of body beast. Time to get my arse back in shape. Wife got me the u90 powerblock dumbbells and a prowler sled for me for Christmas, so no excuses.
She also got me an elevation training mask too, i tried it doing jump rope with it only set at 3000 ft, i almost puked. Definitely not ready for it yet.
Anyways i got my diet laid out and a plan together so i will be ready to kick arse starting next week.

Started up X3 Mass Schedule on Monday. haven't had any exercise since September, and packed on the holiday weight. Need to lose 10 pounds, and get my strength up so I am going to start running twice a week on phase2. We will see how it goes
