Haven't worked out in two weeks.

Today decided to get back to it.

Flat bench - 5x8 with 135, 145, 155, 165, 165
Shoulder press - 4x8 with 75, 80, 85, 95
Dips - 3x8+

That was it. I'm pretty dead from it.

Looking at his bench numbers, it's barbbell, not dumbbell.

I did legs today, mostly leg press.

Chest and Tris tomorrow.

Nah I actually didn't deadlift 800 lbs. I was in week 3 of bill starrs 5x5 program. I need more volume and more accessory work so I'm gonna experiment with Brandon lily's cube method starting next week. Cardio using the prowler

well frick, i'm 32 and have a goal that i want to do at least once before i get too fricking old. I only have 1.7 shoulder left so better get er dun quick

I'd think it'd be cool to at least get to 315. 3 plates looks badass. I'm about 5'10 182 now so i think that'd be pretty cool.

Hoping monday i can get 260-265 up

Side lateral raise 4x15
front raise w/45lb plate 4x15
Arnold press 4x15
dumbell rows 2x15 and 2x12
pullups go to burnout
ropes 12 minutes in 30 second intervals
shoulder shrugs 4x20

What's your tricep workout look like? Have you looked up the proper form for benching? You can add 10-20 pounds by just planting feet and using your lats to lower.
