What are some muscle building supplements that are good to stack?

Assuming that your diet is in check and you are sole concern is building muscle and not necessarily burning fat, there are only three supplements that are proven to be worth a damn. Granted, each is available from whole food sources, but it's much easier to consume them in their concentrated forms.

1) Whey protein (do not use to replace lean meats such as eggs, chicken breast, fish, lean cuts of red meat, etc.)

2) Creatine (has proven to have one of the most reliable impacts on increasing performance in both aerobic and anaerobic activities)

3) BCAAs (easy to consume throughout the day or pre/post-workout)

you just do that every day?

If so, you need to think about what you want to achieve and I can help you draft a better program than that.
I'm trying to lose 50lbs really. After my daughter was born I added good bit of bad weight this past year. My plan is to cut the excess fat first then trim down the rest. I only have an hour in the morning and 30 mins the afternoon.

Get a decent protein and some micronized creatine and call it a day. Absolutely nothing will affect change more than your diet and that's including the actual workout.

This.

Also, what was mentioned above, lifting heavy and eating will show good results.

Awesome! Congratulations!

I really would not suggest hitting the same body parts every day. Muscles get tired and need rest too.

Honestly, I think you would see better and quicker results with a HIIT style program. If you're just wanting to be thinner, add high repetition/cardio style workouts in.

As weird as this sounds, there is a girl out there named Kayla Itsines who has a great program for this. Even though it's marketed towards women, it's the style of programming you want and it's hard. I think her site has a free week of programming. Here's her site LINK Trust me, this is not easy and will really push you for results.

Anyways, try that out once. It's a short workout. But remember, work hard every day and walk into the gym with a goal. Don't overtrain either and change the workouts or you'll get bored. And Keep it up!

Another tip I just thought of. Keep a workout picture diary once a week. Look back through it to review your progress. Trust me, that will be a lot of motivation

What supplements do you think produce measurable results in strength and hypertrophy outside of creatine?

Shhhh. He for some reason likes accusing me of giving "bro science" advice but never can seem to give an example of said advice for some reason.

Take a pre workout with creatine, some BCAA for during or post workout, and some whey protein. That should help you put on size assuming you eat often and eat well.

I'm at the weight I want and quit taking whey, haven't notice any side effects besides being hungry more often lol.

Ok. I figured the mix between cardio and weights would help me burn faster since I'm targeting specific areas in every workout. I don't really diet well, but I monitor my calorie intake though. Smoothie for breakfast with a piece of sausage sometimes, a couple pieces of baked chicken for lunch or a sandwich, and a meat and veggie for dinner(usually chicken and asparagus or zucchini)

Honestly, I'll say this till I die. Your diet will change your body just as fast as the working out. Period. Diet is the secret to success. Not supplements (especially for your goal).

Start small with a goal of one healthy meal a day and 2 additional glasses of water (my secret to healthy meals is sriracha sauce). Then work your way up. Then cut out fast food. Then 2 healthy meals and so on.

Don't get me wrong, working out a body type with a traditional range of 8-15 will burn fat. However, it doesn't appear you want to build tons of muscle at this time. Try the free workout for one week and report back. I guarantee it will be what you want.

So BCAA's, whey protein, liver support supps, and creatine don't work?

this, 100%. Definitely start lifting weights, but get diet in order.

Only supps I take:
Creatine (plain micronized style)
Protein - Whey isolate (only take as needed but prefer to meet protein goals thru whole food)
BCAA (I find they help my recovery)

I worked out a lot and played rugby for years but ate like shite. I was really strong, but 300-305 Lbs and fat. Starting doing very low carb/keto diet (not for everyone, but I can't imagine an easier way to eat at deficit without hunger and have enjoyable food) and dropped 85 lbs. Still pretty strong too.
