OT Workout Gurus: Supplement Advice

What are some muscle building supplements that are good to stack? Currently I'm taking non-stim Hydroxycut, B12 and Flax seed Oil. TIA

I take the whey pro series I believe. Get it at Winn Dixie. 60 grams of protein in 2 scoops. Have seen some good results.

Great job on the results. I don't know anything about that type of supplement. Just keep in mind that not all proteins are alike.

This for most part.
Get a decent protein and some micronized creatine and call it a day. Absolutely nothing will affect change more than your diet and that's including the actual workout.

FOOD
preworkout with caffeine
fish oil
Here is a great scietific and cited breakdown of all these supps you are looking at examine
Everything else is just expensive wastes. Sometimes I'll use BCAAs if given to me for free. Otherwise, eat a lot, understand your body, take creatine and protein to supplement and hit the gym regularly.
Now, you really want gains? Gear up, workout efficiently and EAT.

It's all a scam. Most of the guys pushing the supplements are on roids too

Creatine definitely yields measurable results. Protein powder is just a food replacement in my view but it does add convenience.
I do believe in various supplements for optimal health but I dont think many have measurable results for exercise performance/muscle building.

No secret behind protein supplement that helps you obtain muscle. Its just a vehicle to get your required protein/calories for muscle growth. Use some calculators and figure out what maintenance caloric intake is. Consume 300-500 over maintenance. It clean (decent balance of macros), lift heavy. Sleep. Rinse. Repeat

My workout routine as it is now is me getting up and going to the gym at 5 a.m. and
30 mins walking on the tread on max incline
3 sets of 10 on flat bench
3 sets of 10 on decline bench
3 sets of 10 squats
1 set of 10 power clean squats
That takes one hour. After work I try to get in:
100 sledgehammer swings and 100 kettle bell swings or 30 min walk around the park

you just do that every day?
If so, you need to think about what you want to achieve and I can help you draft a better program than that.
