I eat plenty of fish. My main protein source is nuts and nut butter and also eggs and beans. I eat meat maybe once a week.

Mine is about half chicken, beef or fish and the other half protein from supplements, but I'm bringing in vast amounts of protein for muscular development (about 250g).

I usually shoot for about 150 mainly from whole foods.

How many calories do you average per day?

hemp powder daily. It does not mix well, just isn't very soluble

it might be your medium to mix in.

I mix dry powdered veggies in with apple cider, and either shake by hand or pop it right on the blender.
it's a small jar, it screws right onto the blender tool and just tap the blender a sec or 2 and it's done.

These are not the same as hemp protein powder but mine mixes fine with almond milk and frozen blueberries in a nutria bullet type blender.

Had the True Nutricion vegan meal replacement today. I got it unflavored and it is very similar in flavor and texture to my current soy protein powder. Maybe it's the fiber they use or the oat starch for carbs, but it's WAY more filling than my normal shake which also includes fiber. I like it because it's all-in-one and less expensive than buying everything separate like I was doing.

I've tried two different brands of plant based protein powder and they both tasted horrible. One was drinkable if you mixed it with almond milk instead of regular. Anyone know a easy drinking brand?
