Just checked it out. I really like the addition of the MCT powder. I eat a tablespoon of coconut oil every morning when I wake up for MCT.

Well I have never used one before but 90 servings of protein for five bucks is not bad.

I truly believe that a plant based diet is more natural for humans. I like it but it's difficult with the kids.

One of my running buddies is 100% plant based. He lost over 200lbs and is one bad arse runner now. About to do a 100K. He's been on Rich Roll's podcast twice. He's the one who introduced me to the plant based lifestyle

I'm really wanting to make the transition back to a mainly plant based diet . Maybe a pescatarian diet. By the way I tried the hemp protein powder this morning and it was really good. Blended it with half a cup frozen blueberries and some almond milk. Not as gritty as I expected and a really nice nutty flavor.

It is Sabi. Especially for the price. Like I said I like the fact that it is so high in fiber and omegas.

That's funny. I listened to your buddy on rich roll's podcast. He's been on twice. Seems like an awesome dude.

fwiw, i use this hemp powder daily. It does not mix well, just isn't very soluble. Not like i'm shooting for a milkshake anyway. LINK

and typically mix hemp hearts with morning oats. LINK

been on a 100% plant based diet since march.

i typically weighed in the 175-190 range (6 ft tall) for years, one time reaching 210 when eating garbage and skipping exercise. With plant based, i lost about 15 pounds or so and leveled off at 160-165 (hs weight). I feel much lighter on my feet. I believe the alkaline diet helped with inflammation too as my chronic neck/shoulder pain has been reduced.

Same here on the coconut oil. That meal replacement blend is everything I am currently blending in one mix except the greens. Should be here next week. Will advise whe I try it.

Totally agree that a mostly plant based diet is the way to go. I still love burgers and BBQ but I have to admit I feel sluggish after I eat it. I feel so much better after cutting out most meat and dairy.

Try fish as your main protein source.

I feel the same after a nice filet, but I'll still eat it whenever its a choice.
