Yes. Sounds crazy, but honestly it wouldn't hurt you to try. It is kinda icky but don't be a wimp, little old ladies drink it everyday and don't complain.
You will get used to it.
Tbsp or 2 - shoot, chase with water. If you don't want to shoot it (or can't deal with the taste), add 1tbsp to 8oz water with 1tbsp raw honey.
