When you hire someone, do you care if they are from your respective schools? If they were slightly less qualified compared to rival school, would you still hire them?

Would not hire unless you have no other options.

Horrible way of thinking if you're a manager.

Never hire Bama fans. That should not even be a question. You probably hire Aggies also.

About the only exception that I would make is Texas A&M because we don't need a bunch of jizz jars lying around in a professional work setting.

Most work done by people don't really need a high level of skill. As a manager you have to see if they fit in to your team culture

She will.

Do not hire.

Hell no.

I do go out of my way to not hire Aggies though. I feel it helps balance out their cultish nepotism.

No. Some of my best employees were not college grads. And the job/pay would be considered white collar.

I would never hire a Bama graduate. Never. There are always other applicants who are just as qualified without the baggage.

She may decline the job, rather than listen to all of that Whoop Whoop BS.

For an admin position? Gonna need some Rule 1 compliance to make a determination.

She doesn't have a photo in her resume (huge mistake, I would have hired if they had a photo)
