Every. Damn. Time.

I feel like I'm going to puke after leg day. Who else goes through this?

I used to feel like that. Are you eating a carb heavy meal before your workout? I found that eating a decent meal 2-3 hours before instead of training on an empty stomach made me feel a lot better

Never experienced it.

Are you just starting out or has this been going on for awhile?

Sounds like you're doing it right my baw.

Good quality supplements will help with the recovery.

Had a heavy carb meal about 1.5 hr before today. I generally always feel like this, but never after working any other muscle group. I've been training for 2 years come July.

Intense workouts, especially on those big leg muscles, causes a higher production of lactic acid. The large amount of acid in your blood stream causes the nausea you're experiencing. Basically, you're doing it right

Perhaps you should rub some salve on your legs before, and on your tee-tee afterward.

The whole "leg day" thing is bullshite. The idea you can train the entire lower half of your body by destroying it for a single day is just absurd to me.

Oh, you're sore after 177 sets on just your legs? Of course you are!

Train whole body- starting strength, 5/3/1, etc. and you'll be fine.

Just for an example....

Monday - squat and bench, a little accessory work

Wednesday - deadlift and back work

Friday - repeat Monday, but with Press

I sued to puke after doing legs. But that had more to do with doing my post workout meal at Kaminari or Teppenyaki.

Try supplementing with beta-alanine. It's a lactic acid blocker that aids in combating fatigue.

Tell us exactly what you're doing for us to give you actual advice.
How often are you training legs?
How many sets?
Rest periods?
Training each set to failure?
Stopping at a set rep range?
What are you eating beforehand? After eating How long are you waiting before you train?
