this is my diet/ food schedule for today
pre work out
Breakast (post workout) 9am
6 eggs with 3 slices of cheese
Meal 3 12:30pm
Meal 4 3pm
cup of almonds
Meal 5 6:30pm
Meal 6 (9pm)
Dr Pepper 10
that's approx 160 grams of protien.
i could easily hit the 200 grams platue by throwing in some protien pancakes but i'm suffed as it is.
PS- this is where you get really in shape not the gym. your diet is 70% of it easily.
