I tip on carryout if it's from a place where I regularly order and get treated a little extra special for being a regular...

I went to Dave and Busters with a buddy and paid for my game card with a card. There was a tip line on there, why? That's like tipping a cashier at the grocery store.
If there's no cash tip jar, I assume the card tip is meant for delivery only.

My favorite is the Dominos type locations with a drive through. Order online and drive through to pick up. I dont tip at McDonald's and thats a drive through. You didnt even have to listen to my damned order, why should I tip this drive through instead of McDonald's? And then it's worse when theres not a window, because you just made my worthless, fat arse get out of my car! No tip for you.
I only tip at chinese take out places. Don't k ow why. Maybe I'm hoping they remember me and trow extra shrimp in my Lo Mein or something.
