Order a pizza online. Select the "carryout" option. Arrive at the location and walk in and pay with the debit card. The receipt needs to be signed and I cross out the "tip" section and put the actual total and sign. The guy kinda gives me a "you cheap bastard" look. Was I OT cheap or should I tip in that situation? The OT is never wrong, I'll do whatever yall say. Change this protocol or continue to not tip on a carry out pizza.

I tip out of guilt on carryout. Too much pressure when they're watching me fill out the receipt.

I never understood this mentality. Why do people expect to get tipped for doing their job? He hands you a pizza moving it lets say 8 feet. "I need $3 for that"

I know dominos still rolls out the dough fresh and makes the pizza while other stores are premaid crust...on bigger orders a tip is cool because it does take a good amount of time and work to prepare It

On one pizza never.

On delivery everytime...most people think the delivery charhe goes to driver but thats just companies fricking drivers

I have a want to tip in that situation but I never do.

Probably because I have no idea who is getting the tip.

The guy who put the pizza in the oven? The guy who took it out? The girl who checked me out?

I tip $2.00 on carry out. It's not going to break me and they tend to remember you in the future, resulting in free drinks, bigger portions, no spit, etc.
