I almost never eat at Popeyes because of the service. And I love Popeyes.

Not sure about all the BK hate. The one on Coursey next to Exxon by Airline has great service.
Popeyes and KFC, at least in the Baton Rouge area, easily have the worst fast food service. But all Baton Rouge Jack in the Box locations are close to, if not worse than, Popeyes/KFC.
Cane's and Chick-Fil-A are the pinnacle of what fast food service should be.

I wouldn't say dumbest. I think they know exactly what they are doing and just don't give a frick.
Also to be honest I have rarely had a bad experience at any popeyes. I think they can tell that I am a down white boy.

I once ordered a three piece white,mild& mash potatoes. I got a two piece dark, spicy and mash potatoes didn't have any gravy

I have a low tolerance for laziness and outright rudeness, but I'll never hate on anyone for being "dumb." If it's an establishment where I get a lot of the first two, I'm not likely to be back. But if the employees are genuinely trying, they just aren't as capable as I'd wish they were, I try to be understanding.

I'm not sure if any of you remember but some Popeyes locations used to have a buffet.
It was the greatest ever. I wish they would bring it back.
Rouses has a good buffet and they always have good fried chicken, mash potaoes and what not.

Well beyond the bad service at Popeyes is the inexplicable "we're currently out of fried chicken" response. Just how in the hell does a fried chicken joint run out of chicken.

They are indeed the dumbest. It's part of the charm. I don't go to Popeye's for the service. I go for the best fried chicken around.
