Seriously, in the French Quarter for all the Nola folks, who can forget Melius? Next to the 1st district police station and had quarter draft Wednesday nights. And had more 14-15 year olds in there then anything else.
Allegedly had police on the payroll.

nope.. He worked at Mikes Audio back in the day when they had all those crank it up contests.
