lived in lafayette 2 years . loved the culture in general. loved the food. coached a baseball team that learned not to cuss in my presence by running the entire practice. by the 3rd practice they caught on. north la women are by far prettier on average, and its not close. it was hard even finding one "pretty" lady there. BUT, the people were great, food was great, culture was great, but i would never raise kids there.

I don't like lafayette, but to say you struggled to find a single "pretty" female there is just ignorant. That's about the only thing lafayette has going for it.
