Unless I'm mistaken, I think the Port of New Orleans owns the Celeste Street Wharf where the project is proposed. The area has been highly coveted by developers in recent years to supposedly build luxury apartments and shopping areas.

I'd visit something like that for sure. Saw diagrams of a slave ship at a museum recently, and it was as fascinating as it was horrific.

I wonder if it will mention the Jews' involvement in the transatlantic slave trade and the sugar plantations of Suriname (see: surname Zuckerberg "Sugar Mount/Hill" in Yiddish).
