No More Sex - How would you react?

So my friend has 3 kids and he and his wife have been married for 15 years. They are happily married and still love each other, but he recently told me that they don't have sex anymore because she's no longer interested in it. He says he respects her wishes and just faps a lot. (He's also very confident she's not getting any on the side)
Now, I don't have kids, so maybe there's something to it that I don't get. But this just seems like an untenable situation for a normal guy. How would OT deal with this?

Be glad it took 15 years

He should threaten her with a divorce if something doesn't change.

If she's not interested in sex anymore, and they're in love, it seems like she should allow him to have am open marriage. If she's become asexual as she's gotten older. It's kinda selfish to expect him to never have sex again.

That's not so uncommon. But he probably has a side chick.

Probably will be the norm in a few years.

Usually, loss of interest in sex can be treated medically.
If she won't even look into medical treatment, it's time for him to reevaluate the health of his marriage.

He is doing something wrong.... What age are these people??? She may have some kind of condition that effects her ability to WANT it...

Two things can be done
1) Play along. After a month or two she'll be ready to pounce
2) Divorce. She is banging trainer at gym or co worker

I get staying together for the kids but you better do something. Get her arse to therapy, see a doctor, make a fricking effort
Even if she's not cheating she might as well be IMO. She's not holding up her end of the marriage

Get her profesional help.
If she won't seek it, that's a dealbreaker.
