Yes, because pulling up too close to someone = manslaughter.

People like you get to vote too...sigh.

You are a moron! You're just as dumb as the cops you're ranting against. Deal with that.

A person can always tell that they have won the discussion when the opposition stoops to calling names.

Please do go on. I haven't said the cops should have been indicted for murder. In fact, I suspect that this was an intentional gambit by the DA in order to make sure they were exonerated.

The ones who are dumb are those denying the obvious facts and stumbling all over themselves to gobble cop cock. We know for a fact that this killer POS was UNFIT FOR DUTY, and yet he was still fielded by his superiors to go spread his stupidity for the whole world to see.

I'll form my own opinion as I see fit, but thanks for the advice.

I am forming my opinion on the facts presented...not on emotion.

You're angry. That doesn't typically lend itself to forming a cohesive and logical argument.

Perhaps you should stop defending a kid who obviously made some incredibly poor choices that day? Based on previous comments, you seem like you have a very emotionally charged opinion against police officers.

If your partner pulls you up next to an individual, that you were told was pointing a gun at people, and that individual reaches for that gun, would you not take the same course of action?

Whether or not the cop is an arse hole is irrelevant, based on the facts presented, he was justified.

I don't give two shits about kids or police officers one way or the other. I am just looking over the information provided and the information provided doesn't lead me to believe that charges should be filed for the shooting.

I'm not sorry if that doesn't jive with your viewpoint or if it pisses you off.

You being a Mizzou boy, we assume you're all for safe spaces. Why no safe space between perp and killers?

I'm sorry man, but if you truly believe the media treats stories like these equally with no regard to skin color, then I'm not sure what to tell you.

That's either willful ignorance or stupidity.

No, I don't believe it would be equal. If a white child were gunned down in his own neighborhood by dangerously incompetent cops then there would be hell to pay. We wouldn't need the threat of civil unrest to make sure something happened.

Defending a kid? WTF are you talking about?

In this hypothetical, am I dangerously unfit emotionally to be in this position? Do I have a recorded inability to follow instructions? Was I screaming at fellow officers during range practice? Do my superiors know that these traits of mine are incorrigible?

Right. Which is why I've said repeatedly I doubt it was murder. The DA probably intentionally overcharged.

I call bullshite. If you were so admirably objective, you'd be mentioning plenty of other things about the cops in this situation.

You act like that never happens. You know why you act like it never happens...because the media doesn't run a story on it every 5 seconds when it doesn't involve cops or a black individual.

Blacks are not mistreated like you think they are. Whites are not revered or given special treatment like you think they are.

Sorry bud.

Ferguson POS getting shot was 100% justified.

So a kid that's walking and minding his own business gets shot and you think it's justified.

Get the frick outta here

Kid walking...who had just committed a violent robbery. Cop stops him on probable cause...oh I don't know, maybe he matches the description of the felon who committed the robbery...mainly because he did.

Then said felon attacks the cop, becoming a Darwin award winner.

I'm all for chlorinating the gene pool when people like that, and this case do stupid things. Yes they're young, but stupid will kill you no matter what age.

I put most of that to shitty parenting.

Link? "All the time", dangerously incompetent cops gun down white 12 year olds in a park by their house?

So you agree with me but don't want to admit it so you deflect.

Me not agreeing with you does not equal me not being objective.

I'm done. You have an agenda based solely on emotion and a refusal to understand that disagreeing with your opinion doesn't make someone biased or non-objective.

Carry on in your little world.

Black people are a bunch of cry babies.

ETA: y'all really need to find cases where the "victim" wasn't a shady POS. Anyone with common sense can see why this kid was shot...and if he was white the white community wouldn't threaten civil unrest because common sense says you shouldn't point a gun at people....real or fake(made to look real)

And yet no one else has come forward other than the drunk guy waiting on the bus who initially called it in. No one said he threatened them or tried to mug them. But apparently, he was threatening everybody in the park for hours.
