They killed a 6 year old child. What a sorry excuse for a human being you are trying to make excuses for their actions. You are the problem with society, thinking that people shouldn't be held accountable for their actions. Their intent was to commit a felony, they were armed, and they decided to kill a child. They all share equal responsibility.

$2500 for armed robbery seems awful low to me

That's what I was thinking. I thought anything with a weapon was seen as severe and the bail would be much higher. Especially if all you have to do is come up with 10% (I think). Imagine how the judge that set that bail feels right now

Very irresponsible mother was out with friends until late, picked her kid up from babysitter/friends house afterwards, stopped by kroger, and left him asleep in the car while she ran in to get something.

It was stupid, but that doesn't make her child being murdered her fault.

Also, to be fair, its a well lit parking lot usually with heavy police presence. Even at that hour, it was a very bold car theft. Cameras were great too, that's how they were caught within hours.

You left out the part about the father's criminal record, the fact it took 3 hours to get an Amber alert issued, the Kroger manager was sent home early so law enforcement had to call him back so they could review the tape etc.

You did see that one of these 3 had already been released on bail for an armed robbery charge and was awaiting trial when this happened. I believe his bail was $2500. I don't claim to know what typical bail amounts are, but $2500 for armed robbery seems awful low to me.

I had $2,500 bail as a senior in HS when we got arrested for throwing a party on private property in Destin on Spring Break. A house friends rented and were evicted from that day and they just hung around for one last party without a chaperone (and a door was broken during the party). Owner pressed charges and a few of us got a visit to the Okaloosa County pokey.

But anyways, my bail for THAT was higher

WAFB had it as $25,000. One of the two 17 year-olds (non shooters), in 2015 or 2016. This means he allegedly did the armed robbery when he was probably 15 or 16.

I imagine that they are going to wish they had the death penalty given that it probably safe to assume there are members of the Vice Lords in Parchmen.

Good catch Dorothy. I guess that means $2,500 is what he paid to post it and get out

Another thing, all 3 saw the murder of a 6 year old happen.

Not 1 of them turned himself or his friends in. They were trying to get away with it.

This happened at 2am and they were all arrested the next day. The kid was already dead, they were arrested so fast they didn't even have time to turn themselves in. The one kid supposedly rolled over immediately.

If they were all involved in the murder, I'm all for roasting them all. But I've been there in HS and college, and you go to a convenience store and the next thing you know your friend walks out with some weed or acid he just bought from someone he saw in there. Its very easy to get caught up with something, that's all I'm saying.

Felony murder rule says otherwise. You are criminally responsible for whatever outcome stems from yours and your co-criminal's actions while committing the crime.

Bottom line: don't partake in criminal behavior and you don't have to worry about catching the charge of a stupid animal co-defendant.

Nah, that's still really low if that's the case. 10% is normal.

Armed robbery should've been 100k bail and 10k to get out or something higher.

That sounds more reasonable. I was pretty sure I heard $2500 on the local talk radio show (In MS). I will go back and edit my post. Thanks

Dude.

Wtf.

ETA:

I don't even know where to start.

A. This isn't petty theft or kids poppin L.
B. They still went home and went to hide afterwards.
C. Rolling over doesn't make you less culpable if you had to get dragged into jail by a manhunt.

You are clearly an violent criminal apologist. Your post assuming all 3 are "mentally retarded" shows that more than anything. These are 3 pieces of shite and should all be brought out back and shot in the forehead.

And I forgot to add the fact that there were multiple gunshots and additional head trauma reported to the little boy. Seems like more to it than what is currently presented.

$25,000. It was Madison County.

Now in Hinds County, Kidd or Green might give a $2,500 bond for armed robbery and that is not a joke. THere is a muni judge who will too.

They had over 8 hours between when they murdered this kid and when the first one was arrested, that is more than enough time to turn yourself in if you weren't ok with what happened.

All 3 were most certainly involved in the murder
