There is no need to disclose a suspect description - we already know the description.
Cops need to start shaking down EVERY "suspect type" (Malé or Female) in the quarter. Most all of them would get arrested for outstanding warrants,drug possession, felon possessing a weapon, child support..,,and then after word gets out on the street, the "suspect types" would totally stop going to the quarter.
Just imagine how nice the quarter would be!

You remember the scene in Die Hard With a Vengeance when John and Zeus catch the little kids robbing the convenience store? The kid says something like "take a look around there's not a cop for miles. You could rob city hall."
See Mitch? When criminals have zero fear of the police, they get more emboldened to commit crimes in places they shouldn't.

Because they cannot be sure how criminals identify themselves. The gentleman in the photograph could actually identify as Irish and German, and have just completed an extended stay in a tanning booth. It's a crazy world.

I'm convinced a lot of the NOLA hate on here comes from jealousy. If you're set up financially and enjoy music, art, food, festivals ect., NOLA is one of the best cities in the world. That's my opinion and understand the city is not for everyone.
I've been here for over a decade, living in the warehouse dist. and now West Riverside and not once ever felt threatened.

This is any city with a population over 100k, lol. If you hate piss and bums never visit Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, NYC ect. These cities are 10 times worst when it comes to homelessness.
