I wonder if anyone has tried to explain that? It's kinda cool/interesting.

I've never had a near death experiences but no watches I buy ever keep good time. About once a week, I'll look down to check the time and it'll be off by a few hours. Doesn't matter what brand of watch, it always happens. Don't know why.

Never had a NDE, but I can't wear a watch either. Batteries are constantly going out. Gave up on it.

That's you not being able to read time, not the watch being off.

I was in a coma once for 10 days so I guess that counts as a NDE. Watches work fine though I rarely wear one.

I had a friend who, according to his mother and him, she was struck by lightning while pregnant with him and his twin(who didn't survive the strike), and he was struck twice more over the years.
He had this problem until he tried a band that insulated between his skin and the watch.

What kind of watches are people buying? I've worn various watches for the past 20 years and have never had a battery issue. Usually the battery last 6-12 months depending on how much I use the alarm and other functionality on my casual watch. My dress TAG doesn't have a battery and keeps on ticking based on movement.
