Go to HobbyTown and buy a universal RC Controller hijack the drone and then dive bomb it into your pool*.

Slingshot sounds like a solid idea. Maybe pellet gun from second story window. Or get your own drone, dangle rope from drone, fly over neighbors drone to foul prop, throw neighbors drone in your pool, tell neighbor that his drone nearly killed your kid while he was swimming... Profit

True story: a neighbor of ours just bought a drone & was flying it through the back yards of our street. I told him that if he used it to record my kids I would report him to the police as a perv peeping Tom. We wondered together if that would hold water so we called the pd. They informed him that he could be charged as a peeping Tom in that circumstance and it could be ugly if kids were involved. He's no longer running trials through our back yard.
