I’m sure your grandpa is a good guy, but this is kind of a selfish thing to ask. Imagine if someone randomly showed up in your backyard and started tossing cremated remains?

Flush him down one of the toilets. Yes, some of him will go to the sewer plant...but some will surely stick to the gunky lining of the LSU Tiger Stadium plumbing. His remains will be able to mix with DNA from other dedicated Tiger fans (don't do it on the visitor's section) for years to come. Maybe sneak into the LSU locker room and Paw Paw will be able to commune on a molecular level with future Tiger greats, like an 18 y/o corner back from Mobile with a hyphenated first name.

Sounds cool but would be kinda weird to actually do.

My dad wants me to do this with his ashes, except it's some train. My answer is he needs to set that shite up before he dies, I'm not getting arrested for his remains.

I mean...do YOU want to spread his ashes, or do you just want his ashes spread.

They change out the turf regularly...He may end up as a high school field or spending eternity in Bunkie.

Just throw them all up in the air on a windy Saturday night in Death Valley. Grandpa will land everywhere. Some people may actually drink a bit of grandpa though, so that may be a bad thing.

He should have died 20+ years ago when you could walk in there like you owned the place in the offseason and there weren't cameras everywhere.
Also, at night one could easily enter the stadium. There was always a gate left a little open. That’s how my gf and I snuck in one night and boned at midfield. Can’t make memories like that nowadays.

I've heard stories of Tiger Stadium grounds crew finding teeth in the sod. Apparently, teeth don't incinerate as well as bones.

Mix some ashes with Part A of an epoxy gun and shoot him into a crack in the cement. He should at least help out if he wants to hang out there for eternity

Just use a drone and drop them at midfield.

I remember that night. I was about 20 yards away from ya'll boning some chick from the fat sorority social event we had earlier that evening.

i remember seeing some guy who used to work on the field for Bama talk about someone asking him to spread their loved ones ashes.
he said he dumped them and then was like kicking them around with his foot while the family like cries and gave him thumbs up.
sounds less dignified than grandpa maybe imagines.
if you’re gonna do it, just do a little

quote:buddy of mine did this for his dad. It was maybe a tablespoon of ashes in double sealed bag. Took 2 years, but he brought them each game until we rushed the field.
Just carry them in your pocket to each game and wait for the next time we rush the field.
