They've got a whole bunch of people in matching shirts marching around, hootin and hollerin, at the Magazine street entrance. Somehow I can't see Jacques Weiner coming to work and thinking to himself, hm, I was going to vote for the government here, but this mariachi band in Lafayette Square has changed my mind!
Also - they held up traffic. Not winning hearts and minds guys.

Saw and heard this shite. They were using megaphones yelling in English and Spanish about immigration down Poydras. Heard it 20 floors up.
I also saw them being bused in early this morning around 7:30 when I was pulling into the garage for work.

So that's what the candlelight "protest" for lack of a better word was last night. Walked right by it.
