This link shows the federal fibre mill available for $1695. Cant find any of the smaller cotton mill units currently available. They are usually on point with Federal fibre

I'll admit that it's not common, though (it's $350 cheaper than the second cheapest). I find the Cotton Mill to be really overpriced, though they have amazing talent living there.
