Fellow OT Ballers,

Considering picking up and moving to the Dallas area. Plano specifically. Good schools, real estate, amenities, healthy economy, etc.

Any fellow OT Ballers moved from the BR area to Dallas? Glad you did it? Want to move back?

FWIW, a lot of the high dollar growth is happening north of Fort Worth/Keller area.

I'd venture to guess the amount of people who left BR and went ANYWHERE and have a desire to ever return is very, very low.

Dallas is just a noun encompassing all of the Metroplex. That's just what it is. OP mentions Plano.

What cannot be accomplished in "Dallas"?

OP, list what you want and I'll do my best in answering. Generalizations won't help you here at all.

Smart move. Don't listen to Paul. He is just stuck in Baton Rouge with his wife watching BR go down the tubes everyday. He so jelly.

if you don't mind living with yankees than any DFW suburb is alright, but say goodbye to your Southern culture.

no city will ever get the OTs approval. just find the one that you can "tolerate most"
