I don't know that it warrants pain meds. Maybe if your bones were broken and hand swollen. But medical marijuana might work.

Tramadol is not nearly strong enough for that. Do you have a regular doctor? I would just go back to the same one and ask for something stronger. If that doesn't work then I would go to a different hospital because unless you are dependent upon pain medication on a constant basis, you shouldn't have any problems filling the prescription.

I'd never go to a doc in a box for something like that. Most of those guys are like Osteopathy or whatever degrees that can't get a job at an actual hospital. Cold, flu, etc. fine, but why would you not take that to the ER wtf.
I'd go to an ER just to make sure the Doc in the box stitched you up right. I'm pretty sure someone at an ER could give you the right meds to kill the pain and help you sleep with something like that, but I honestly have no clue.
