Where is that picture and how can you tell he's yelling?
I've seen this one, but he's not even looking in the direction of the body and he doesn't look like he's saying anything.

The witnesses who were taking photos instead of calling the police? The ones who spoke anonymously to the newspaper, but apparently didn't give the same story to the police? The ones standing across from a busy commercial intersection and said they saw and heard everything?

Interesting how Cardell Hayes was vilified on here but everyone seems to be defending Gasser. They both shot a man because they "feared for their life."
