Where is Tangerine? I was the one one that mentioned Mcknight being the aggressor and was called the moron. frick LSUTANGERINE.
I am right here little fella. I already posted in the thread after the press conference. I said based on what they found it looks like the sheriffs office made the right call in releasing him.

I agree. They both have a history of anger issues and they both have a history of being crappy drivers. That's why I asked LE which one he was referring to.
JM should have kept his anger in check and driven off or stayed in his car.
Gasser probably would have kept driving if he hadn't gotten boxed in at the red light. I don't see where Gasser attempted to exit his car to confront JM.

Also shooting someone because you felt your life may be in danger does not make you guilty of having anger issues.

Both. It's a whole lot of stupid on both of them.
It's obvious gasser had anger issues. Seems in this scenario he met someone with more on that particular day.
He also comes across as possibly a crappy driver as he is the common denominator.
I agree with you here. I'm not trying to paint JM as an angel or Gasser as a depraved maniac. Both fricked up. It's when people are trying to completely exonerate Gasser or portray him as the victim that I can't wrap my mind around, especially when they rush to judge McKnight on the most ludicrous logical grounds (ie Dabigafella). At the very least this should go to a grand jury. I just want an impartial justice system.

To be fair, cops are jaded enough to believe everyone is guilty.
I am acquainted with a long time public defender (who just happens to be a black female) and I asked her once, point blank, "Have you ever lost a case with an innocent client?" She said, "No." Another PD was involved in the conversation and they both agreed - maybe there was some disagreement between how deeply involved the client was, but every conviction or guilty plea they participated in was of a guilty person.
The 2 of them had 30+ years of experience at the time of the conversation, so you're talking thousands of cases.

Being in that profession that's the mentality you have to have. How you could live with yourself knowing that you let someone innocent go to prison?

It's all about perspective. Thanks for reading my bullshite.

Wasn't trying to mislead you but it's entirely possible that gasser didn't strike the guy in 2006. The fact that was dismissed, not dropped, means it was a made up story

That is just 100% not true. There are plenty of reasons why the case may have not been prosecuted. Unable to locate the victim is a common one.

I bet he won't be free for long. They aren't going to let this thing just go. Just my opinion though.

So no one has posted the pictures released today of Gasser out of his car yelling at McKnight's body?
