Mattress opinions please. :update in OP

I'm done with inner spring shite.
I've looked on sleep like the dead and sleepopolis for..
Purple
Tuft and needle (only 2 layers)
Casper
Ghost bed
Sleep innovations (price cheap)
I'm leaning toward the purple or ghost bed.
Any opinions plus years of ownership is helpful.
I like a firm mattress and I'm 6'4" 240 if that helps for input.

Bought a! Brooklyn Bedding medium firm. Came with sheets and two pillows for 850. 2 nights on it and it fricking rocks. The king size pillows are awesome as well. Sleeps very cool as well. Has some spring to it. Springy enough and firm enough for the intimate time with the wife as well.
It's been wonderful. Hope it stays that way.

I've had a tuft and needle for 4 years, it's been comfortable. I would buy again, it is pretty firm too

The purple is plush for the first inch or so, then fairly firm.
It also has a 100 day return policy so if you don't like it you can donate it to a charity and get a full refund

Own T&N. While it's "okay enough" and not actively ready to get rid of it, wouldn't do it again unless its technology is firmer around edges. Lacks structure vs traditional SSS.

We just dropped 7k on a sleepnumber. I almost fell asleep on the display bed in the store.
