Sounds like a trigger point. Lay on your back and have someone apply direct pressure over it. As they are doing that shrug your shoulders up into their finger. Hold for about 10 seconds then relax and keep doing it till the pain subsides. It will hurt at first but the pain should gradually go away.

Clogged lymph node. Probably due to excessive oils in the skin. Hot showers/ hot compress and it will go away on its own.
