That's going to set an interesting precedent for the world star/hoodrat community.

Was this the dude who talked shite to them instead of helping them? If so I don't feel bad for him.

Did it seem like Nightcralwer was based in some reality? Almost as if the screenwriter had some great stories that had been passed to him.

Pretty sure Jerrry, Cramer, George, and Elaine went to jail for a lot longer.

Two thoughts and it depends on the video.

1. I'm assuming the man isn't a doctor or paramedic or nurse. I don't think that medical treatment would be approriate

2. He should have been doing something. If he wasn't, I have no problem with this. He needed to be calling 911, helping out in some way.

So long as he stayed out of the way of first responders I don't see the problem.

Was he qualified to provide aid? What if he'd dropped his camera and randomly done shite that made things worse?

Yes, it's a dick move to film the whole thing but some things should be considered nothing worse than that.

From what I understand this was the motivation of the DA, but he seems to have been charged for trespassing for opening the back door of the car just to get a better video. He also called the kids idiots while he filmed one of them die.

I'm not sure if any of that is against the law, but it should be.

He went into their vehicle to stand over them as one of them died. The last thing he heard was this dude calling them idiots. He illegally entered the car and the article indicates he was in the way of the first responders. That seems pretty bad to me.

The judge who sentenced Paul Pelton on Wednesday for vehicle trespass and disorderly conduct says he wishes he could've gone beyond the maximum penalty.
Prosecutors say Pelton opened a door of the wrecked vehicle to continue recording while others tried to help the two teens.

Lorain police said the 41-year-old made comments that the boys were "Idiots" in the July 13, 2015, incident and held his cell phone to film two boys who had crashed after crossing railroad tracks and colliding into a house in the 400 block of Kansas Avenue, according to NBC affiliate WKYC.

Police indicated he did not try to aid the boys throughout the entire filming of the video, the station reported.

Four dead in O HI O.
Of course Neil Young with this song ,plus "Southern Man" , was the inspiration for the anthem "Sweet Home Alabama"

Probably not many, very few people have heard of the rare and oft-unmentioned Neil Young.
