From what I was told - parents with $ weren't pleased with some of his personnel decisions, and he wasn't inclined to go along with their motives.

Just had to go move ladders and roofing material off my lawn so my yard guys could mow the lawn. Neighbor is getting a new roof but looked like we were with all the shite in our yard.

I had more or less heard that was the case as well. A bit tongue and cheek how I heard it, but basically was told that some parents with large contributions weren't too happy that their all tournament 3-4D USSSSAAA boys weren't in the top 9 or top 3 pitchers. A couple were also apparently an issue with position and batting order because their boy had always bat 3rd and played CF for the LAKnightELiteHurricanes Majors team.
