PIT maneuver at 5-10 MPH is different from one going 45 MPH or more. Re-read your LEO training manual.

police forces have become just a bunch of morons...military gear, dozens of guys, semi auto weapons to take down 1 slow car...if they're that fired up about conflict, the need to head to syria.
